Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we
will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item
because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is
defective.
Shipping times are an estimate only.There are times when things beyond our control (weather, customs, ect.),
can cause delays.No refunds will be
issued due to delays in shipping.If a
package does not arrive in the estimated time, we will issue a trace
investigation.Trace investigations can
take between 5 and 10 business days.Once the investigation is complete, the findings will dictate what
course of action will be taken.If the
parcel is deemed lost, you will receive a full refund.If, however, it is just delayed in shipping,
there will be no refund.
Based on the country into which you are sending the products, there are
different procedures with customs.If
you have questions regarding your countries practices, please contact them.We are not responsible for any products that
are confiscated by customs.Refunds on
orders outside of North America will only be issued if the product s is
