Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we
will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item
because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is

can cause delays.No refunds will be
issued due to delays in shipping.If a
package does not arrive in the estimated time, we will issue a trace
investigation.Trace investigations can
take between 5 and 10 business days.Once the investigation is complete, the findings will dictate what
course of action will be taken.If the
parcel is deemed lost, you will receive a full refund.If, however, it is just delayed in shipping,
there will be no refund.
