1) Do I have to exercise?
a) You don’t have to exercise while using XtremeLean to get results, but it will enhance you results. Ideally you would incorporate a healthy eating plan and exercise program, similar to the programs offered in the FREE DOWNLOAD section.

2) When do I use XtremeLean?
a) Simply use 2 capsules first thing in the morning before breakfast and 2 capsules mid day. Be sure to drink at least one cup of water with each dosage.

3) Will I feel Jittery?
a) Depending on your sensitivity you may feel a mild increase in overall energy. XtremeLean has been formulated to NOT over stimulate like many other products on the market. If you feel over stimulated this often reduces over a period of days. You may also use XtremeLean closer to meals as opposed to on an empty stomach, which should reduce the intensity of the product.

a) When you first begin to use XtremeLean you should feel an increased sense of energy. This will reduce in the days to follow. You should also feel more alert throughout the day. As the day progresses you should notice that your hunger is reduced. When you eat you may feel a desire to eat less. This is normal when using XtremeLean. It is important to continue eating throughout the day. XtremeLean will allow you to reduce the amounts you eat without feeling hungry constantly.
